Doodle without paying anything! 免费画图！

Do you wish to have your vanity doodle, but you simply cannot afford any pricey software? Otherwise, are you a beginner in drawing stuff with a mouse?

PART 1: MICROSOFT PAINT

打开Microsoft Paint，选择铅笔工具，再选三号笔。
Open Microsoft Paint. Use the pencil tool and set to size 3.

画出人物基本结构。
Draw the basic of your figurine.

如果位子不够，可以拖画布，随心所欲地作画。
Drag the canvas to size should there is insufficient space for your figurine.

画出脸部细节。需要时，用小号笔。（建议二号）
Draw the facial details. When required, switch to a smaller pencil size. (I suggest Number 2)

效果。（画画时，建议放大画布两次，容易作画。）
The result! (Zoom into the canvas twice for easy drawing)

你也能在旁加饰品哦。
You may add any accompainents/decorations around your figurine.

开始为人物上色咯！建议用橙黄色（浅的，你们应该会调色吧？）这是普通的黄种人。
Let's get the figurine coloured! I suggest you guys use lighter hues of amber for the typical yellow-skinned Asian.

换用一个较深的色调，用一号笔画出欲加强的部分。
Switch to a darker hue to highlight the features by drawing the areas to be highlighted with size one pencil tool.

衣服也是如此。自选颜色。
Same goes to clothes. Choose your colours.

为头发加底色。用一/二号笔在头发上划线，使其有头发的质感。
Add base colour to the hair. Draw lines onto the hair with pencil size one or two so that it resembles hair more.

衣服不可能那么普通吧？在衣服加上装饰。（如蜡笔做蕾丝）
You don't want your clothes bare and plain, right? Decor your dress! (e.g. crayon to draw lace)

也可用浅粉红蜡笔（一号）做腮红。
You can also use size one crayon in hues of light pink for that radiant glow onto the figurine's cheeks.

完成了，就裁剪图画。记得在周围保留一些空位哦。
Done? Time to crop your picture to size. Do keep some space around your doodle though.

最好保留一份没有装饰的原图，就容易为图画换色。
I recommend you guys to save a copy of your doodle without any decorations, so that you can change the colour hue later, as you wish! That means variety.

PART 2: GIMP

打开你之前做的图片，选择"Quick Select Tool"。
Open your image, select "Quick Select Tool".

点击图片空白部分。然后在Menu bar点选Layer>Transparency>Color To Alpha。（当然先Add Alpha Channel才行，不然整份图画将变成透明哦。）
Click the white space. At the Menu bar, Select Layer>Transparency>Color To Alpha. You should click "Add Alpha Channel" if the image does not have any, otherwise the ENTIRE picture will be transparent!

在弹出的视窗上，点击"OK"。
On the pop-up window, click "OK".

现在，你能自由编辑图画，把它弄成美美的。什么软件都行，如"Photoscape"和”美图秀秀”，天马行空！
Now you are free to edit and beautify your picture by using softwares such as "Photoscape" and "MeiTu XiuXiu". The Sky is the limit, baby!
